Mr. Rosin has been with the company since 2003 and has 15 years of commercial real estate experience. As vice president, his responsibilities include the origination and execution of acquisitions, assisting in arranging debt and equity financing, as well as asset management and development management. Mr. Rosin has played key roles in the acquisition of more than three million sf of industrial and office properties, 530 industrial acres in Otay Mesa and Riverside County, including 52 acres in Moreno Valley being entitled for a 1.1mm sf logistics center, and three non-performing loan portfolios comprising 80 loans and $400 million. He has assisted in the development management of more than 800,000 sf, and in his asset management role has leased more than one million sf and managed dispositions of more than $100 million.
Prior to joining Kearny, Mr. Rosin worked at HFF and L.J. Melody & Company, where he originated, structured, placed and closed debt and equity/joint venture commercial real estate investments for life companies, pension funds, commercial banks and other financial institutions.
Mr. Rosin holds an MBA from The Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University. He is a California state licensed real estate broker and a member of NAIOP. He and his wife live in Westwood, raising their daughter and son.
