Warner Center Business Park

In November 2002, Kearny acquired Warner Center Business Park, a 15 building 468,889 square foot business park located in Woodland Hills, California. The seller was Alaska Permanent Fund and Harvard Endowment Fund. Recognizing the demand from investors and users for small free standing buildings, a $1 million capital expenditure program to upgrade the buildings, and a marketing program to sell or lease individual buildings began immediately.

Within fourteen months Kearny executed new and renewal leases totaling 200,000 square feet and sold all fifteen buildings in 10 separate transactions generating financial returns far exceeding expectations.

Warner Center Business Park, situated within Warner Center and developed in the late 1970′s and early 1980′s, consists of efficient low and mid-rise buildings in a beautifully landscaped setting surrounded by numerous amenities.
