Bakersfield Airport Business Center is a 450 acre master-planned industrial park. The property has excellent freeway identity and immediate access to Highways 99 and 65. All lots have industrial (M-2) zoning with all utilities available. The Business Center is home to United States Postal Service (650,000 sf), Pac Tiv, a polystyrene manufacturer (600,000 sf), and the Bakersfield Californian, local newspaper (400,000 sf).

Kearny purchased the remaining 108 acres from Chevron Land in 1996 as part of the $300 million portfolio acquisition. Kearny completed a new loop road to further sub divide the property and sold all parcels to various buyers in sizes ranging from 1 to 26 acres.
