Jason B. Rosin Vice President
Mr. Rosin is a Vice President and has been with the company since 2003 and has ten years of commercial real estate experience. His responsibilities include the origination and execution of acquisitions, assisting in arranging debt and equity financing, as well as asset management and development management. Mr. Rosin played an instrumental role in the acquisitions and asset management of Nuevo Business Park in Riverside County, the Otay Mesa Industrial land portfolio, Otay Crossing Commercial Park and approximately 750,000 square feet acquired via the Kearny Industrial Fund. He also played a pivotal role in the development management and disposition of Remington Business Center, a 127,000 sf business park in Temecula, and the Otay Mesa Industrial portfolio, including Britannia Industrial Park, a five-building 156,000 sf industrial park. In addition to his involvement in these Kearny owned ventures, Mr. Rosin is the asset manager for Ocean View Hills Corporate Center, a third party management assignment, focusing on the leasing of 490,000 square feet of available space.
Prior to joining Kearny, Mr. Rosin worked three years as a real estate investment banking associate with Holliday Fenoglio Fowler and a senior real estate analyst with L.J. Melody & Company. In these positions he actively engaged in the origination, structuring, placement, and closing of debt and equity/joint venture commercial real estate investments for life companies, pension funds, conduits, commercial banks, and other financial institutions. He has successfully closed over $300 million in such transactions.
Mr. Rosin holds an MBA from The Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University. Mr. Rosin is also a California state licensed real estate broker and a member of NAIOP. He and his wife, Pamela, live in Westwood, raising their daughter and son.
