Jason B. Rosin Senior Project Manager
Mr. Rosin is a Senior Project Manager and has been with the company since 2003. His responsibilities include the origination and execution of acquisitions, assisting in arranging debt and equity financing, as well as asset management and development management. Mr. Rosin played an instrumental role in the acquisitions of Nuevo Business Park in Riverside County, the Otay Mesa Industrial land portfolio, and Redlands Industrial Centre. He also played a pivotal role in the development management and disposition of Remington Business Center, a 127,000 sf business park in Temecula.
Prior to joining Kearny, Mr. Rosin worked three years as a real estate investment banking associate with Holliday Fenoglio Fowler and a senior real estate analyst with L.J. Melody & Company. In these positions he actively engaged in the origination, structuring, placement, and closing of debt and equity/joint venture commercial real estate investments for life companies, pension funds, conduits, commercial banks, and other financial institutions. He has successfully closed over $300 million in such transactions.
Mr. Rosin holds an MBA from The Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University. Mr. Rosin is also a California state licensed real estate broker and a member of NAIOP. He and his wife, Pamela, live in Westwood, raising their daughter and son.
