Anne Price
Director of Property Management
Anne Price is the Director of Property Management for Kearny Real Estate Company and joined the company in 2002. Her primary responsibilities include asset, property and construction management for Kearny's five million square-foot office, R&D and industrial portfolio with a client base, including REITs, institutional and private ownership structures.
Prior to joining Kearny, Ms. Price was a Property Manager with Insignia/ESG overseeing the operations for a mix product portfolio of nearly one million square feet. In this role, she was responsible for the oversight of all building operations, tenant & capital improvements, lease administration, preparation of annual operating and capital budgets, financial reporting, contract bidding and administration, vendor supervision, and the recruitment, training and supervision of staff.
Ms. Price holds a California real estate sales license and has more than 25 years of business management experience, is a CPM® and active member of IREM Los Angeles.
