Joe Avanesian
Project Manager
Mr. Avanesian is a Project Manager with Kearny Real Estate Company and joined the company in 2005. His responsibilities include the origination and execution of acquisitions, assisting in arranging debt and equity financing, asset management and development management of existing assets.
Prior to joining Kearny, Mr. Avanesian founded and managed a specialty retail business with several locations in lifestyle centers throughout southern California. Previously, Mr. Avanesian worked for Deloitte Consulting in New York, where he served financial services clients in the areas of investment analysis and competitive strategy. Mr. Avanesian has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of California.
