Jamie Lundeen
Asst. Property Manager
Ms. Lundeen is an Assistant Property Manager with Kearny Real Estate Company and joined the company in 2006. She manages the day-to-day operations of a mixed portfolio of commercial properties. Her duties including accounts receivable, monthly reporting, tenant relations, contract administration and coordinating maintenance and repairs. Ms. Lundeen assisted with Kearny's redevelopment of the 42 acre Kearny South Bay Business Center in Carson, formerly known as the Nissan Campus. The 708,000 square foot project consists of high and low-rise office as well as industrial product.
Prior to joining Kearny, Ms. Lundeen worked 17 years in retail management for The Vons Companies, Inc. She managed retail operations, conducted state and corporate audits and launched several innovative projects. Currently, Ms. Lundeen is pursuing her accredited Commercial Manager designation from IREM.
