Ms. Cruz currently assists the team in charge of the redevelopment of a 59 acre industrial complex in Hawthorne known as Century Business Center. Her portfolio includes office buildings and industrial centers located in Los Angeles and San Diego counties. Her duties include tenant and vendor relations, project management, monthly reports, budget preparation, CAM reconciliation, POA management and contract administration.
She has ten years of property management and 12 years of administrative experience. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree major in Mass Communications from Far Eastern University, Philippines. She is a licensed California real estate sales person and is a BOMA certified RPA.
