Michael Hahn
Analyst
Mr. Hahn is an Analyst with Kearny Real Estate Company and joined the company in 2011. His responsibilities include investment analysis, market research, asset management, and assisting in underwriting new acquisitions.
Prior to Kearny, Mr. Hahn worked for Big Rock Partners, a real estate private equity group, where he was responsible for asset management, development management, and new acquisitions. Previously , Mr. Hahn worked for Stockbridge Real Estate Funds in San Francisco, where he performed acquisition and development underwriting and managed operating assets for a series of opportunistic real estate funds totaling over $6 billion.
Mr. Hahn has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles.
