Kearny’s principals and key employees all have significant entitlement, development, rehabilitation and repositioning experience.

Kearny has been involved in the master planning, entitlement, development and rehabilitation of office and industrial projects totaling more than ten million sf. Los Angeles Air Force Base and Otay Crossings Commerce Center are excellent examples of Kearny’s versatility and ability to successfully execute complicated development projects. Kearny has also been involved in projects encompassing 500 acres with a maximum build-out of 9.6 million sf. Examples include Century Business Center, Moreno Valley, Otay Crossings Commerce Center, Grand Avenue Corporate Center, Scripps Northridge Corporate Center and Westside Business Center. Maneuvering complicated assets through the entitlement process is one of Kearny’s key strengths. Kearny’s creativity is evident in its ability to redevelop and reposition existing projects. From smaller projects such as our suburban office projects, Misson Center and Newport Corporate Plaza, to downtown high rise Five Thirty B to larger scale master planned redevelopments such as The Press, Kearny South Bay Business Park, and Pasadena Corporate Park.
